Banana bread rediscovered

Okay, I admit it. I like sweets. But in a quest to improve my diet, I am tinkering with recipes. I made some banana bread the other day and tinkered with it by adding 2 tbsp. of wheat germ to the recipe. I have also read a recipe using whole wheat flour, so I might try that next time. The good news is that even with wheat germ, the whole house seemed to like it, and it disappeared at the normal rate!
